This podcast is for the women who are in the trenches of the beautiful and messy moments of relationships, work, ministry and more. Women who want to slow down, to be in the moment, to be known, and to be heard. 

  

Hosts Elisa Morgan, Eryn Adkins and Vivian Mabuni share their personal stories and welcome guests to do the same to offer hope and encouragement. True freedom comes from sharing our journeys and knowing we’re not alone.
